Vic Van Allen has a reputation of being slightly odd, but friendly and tolerant. His friends find him a bit too tolerant with regards to his wife Melinda's string of lovers, although Vic makes sure that these guys know that he's the jealous type. When one of Melinda's lovers is found murdered, Vic is swift to suggest that he might have been responsible. But as rumours start to spread among their friends, the boundaries between fiction and reality become blurred.
